Our story
Founded in Hershey. Built on experience.
Agency 1 was founded in Hershey in 2019 by Erin and Dominic Carlevale with a shared goal of making insurance easier to understand and more personal to navigate. Erin brought experience in business and marketing from a Fortune 100 insurer, while Dominic brought more than a decade of property claims experience.
That combination shaped an agency focused not only on how insurance is purchased, but how coverage responds when clients actually need it. Today that work is carried by the whole Agency 1 team.
